Cartels are the suppliers of drugs to gangs in and out of prison. If our government doesn’t want crime in the streets, then “stop the cartels”. Horrifying things have happened to people who have stood in the way of the cartels. Murder, slaughter, and torture are mainly it. I am against the murdering of innocent people.
To kill people who have killed someone close to simply to continue the cycle of violence, it destroys the avenger as well as the defender. 5. The justice system is so poor rendering the death penalty even to those innocent people; it
Usually if not always the people who deserve to be held accountable by the brutal violation of human rights getaway from the due punishment and continue to do their foul crimes (Collins 1). The brutality of police officers believes that the Sean Bell case was just another case that could be included in the long list of the murders that were carried out by these people who are supposed to be serving and protecting human rights (Collins 1). The murder of Sean Bell stirred the rage of many people, especially the Black community against the New York police department. Sean's case was more evidence of the system that denied justice to the rightful people. Everything started in the early morning hours on Saturday, November 25, 2006.
Some of the smartest individuals and the leaders of most countries decided torture was inhumane and should be outlawed. Thus torture was one of the first issues that the United Nations dealt with (Dieringer). The act of torture is so inhumane and such a pressing issue that the leaders of the world outlawed it as quickly as possible to save lives. Torture is so powerful and so evil that it may deprive someone of his will to exist. Depriving a person of his will to live is the same, if not worse than killing that person.
It’s not that the gangs are there, it’s the simple fact that they hurt how the city looks. The street gets a bad reputation because of the stuff that happens on that street. Government should be concerned with the damage inflicted on society when a person is sentenced to be killed by juries. Being put to death by a people does not seem to be that different from a heinous murder committed by a murderer. With all of the media reporting executions like movies, societies become desensitized and accept death penalty as the right way to take care of criminals.
Racial Profiling should not be allowed. Racial profiling is a violation of people’s civil rights. Every race commits crimes and if the police are targeting one race. That will give the other races more space to commit more vicious crimes. Racial Profiling is when a single group or race is singled out and watched closely because the police feel that they are more likely to commit crimes.
Death Penalty Policy has been aggressive since it was released. Surely, wrongful executions happen, which definitely arouses the protest of the citizens. But it is unfair to blame any death on an executioner because he is just a person who carries out a death sentence ordered by legal authority. As wrongful execution is a miscarriage of justice, people should calm down and think rationally before committing judging on

For example, if an ordinary civilian were to try to commit an evil, barbaric action, they would be chastised heavily. As a police officer however, you can commit any sort of barbaric, savage action, and get away with it. As a police officer, you are even handed the weapons needed to commit these heinous crimes, and an ample amount of excuses and privileges. Police officers command authority, and most of the things that police officers do aren’t chastised or critiqued by others.
