I will continue to count calories, protein, sodium and etc. I will also record my exercise for the day. With super tracker I learned all about the needs formatted to my body. I learned the amount of fruits and vegetables, protein, fats, dairy, and oils I need. I learned about the Calorie intake. I learned how to make a healthy meal chart. With the chart, I wrote down everything that I normally eat on a daily basis, but I also evened it out and added a little extra to balance out my diet.
