20 February 2013 A Place that Holds a Memory People have memories that are sparked by many situations. Places often make people remember experiences from the past. Many places hold memories for me: the sea, school, and foreign countries. One particular place that reminds me of my childhood is my Village, a great place to live. The place where I was raised, educated, and taught to be respectful. It is a small and quite place. The peace and quiet of the village is broken only by the twittering of birds which is no better cure for stress. It is located between mountains, like the valley of Mexico City. Since it is a village it provides families with a big territory to construct their houses, their different architecture relate to the shapes of Geometry, the courtyards are long enough that people have space for their cars, pets, plants, or for the two most important things for me a barbeque with family or for parties. At the first break of daylight, the village comes to life and is a constant throb of color and activity. A vivid sun raises every morning announcing people and animals to wake so they can realize their everyday activities. Birds sing so melodious songs as if they were competing for a Grammy, dogs bark and spin of happiness, when mooing cows alarm that milk is ready, horses neigh as if they want to be mounted to a career. These animals inspire joy and vitality to start with your best a new day. The people of the village are so amiable persons, when you encounter them they always say hello expressing a joyful face. Kids and teenagers prepared their selves for school, they eat breakfast and say goodbye to their parents giving them a kiss on the cheek (rarely seen in families who live in the city). Attracted by a jazzy scent ladies go buy delicious fresh bread, and then they prepare lunch for their children who eat during recess. Men gather corn from
