201 Knowledge questions 1.1-1.10 and 2.1-2.7 1.1: Outline guidelines, procedures and codes of practice relevant to personal work The procedures, guidelines and codes of practice relevant to my work are: Procedures: Reporting of accidents at work, fire drills, reporting absence from work and first aid procedures. Codes of practice: Good customer service, quality assurance. This way, everyone can effectively reach targets efficiently. The benefits include fast and reliable agreement and completion of tasks at hand. 1.4: Explain how to agree realistic targets I can agree realistic targets for my work by trying to make sure that they are realistic and possible to do in the time I have been given and with the resources I can use. 1.5: Describe ways of planning work to meet agreed deadlines To meet agreed deadlines I should make a list of work that needs to be done together with any required dates for completion and prioritise the order that I will need to undertake the work.
