The NFL and its Public Relations Introduction to Public Relations September 26th 2014 For every individual most have a different perspective of what Public Relations is and what it uses is in society. Public relations in the simplest form can be defined as the person who works as the middle man between an organization and its publics (Flynn, Gregory & Valin, 2008). Public relations focuses primarily on communication with the public in a multitude of ways, it has the goal of serving public’s interest, and building and maintaining relationships with the public (Cardin & McMullan, 2015, p. 4).
