IMAGE EDITING Image editing encompasses the processes of altering images, whether they be digital photographs, traditional analog photographs, or illustrations. Traditional analog image editing is known as photo retouching, using tools such as an airbrush to modify photographs, or editing illustrations with any traditional art medium. Graphic software programs, which can be broadly grouped into vector graphics editors, raster graphics editors, and 3d modelers, are the primary tools with which a user may manipulate, enhance, and transform images. Many image editing programs are also used to render or create computer art from scratch. DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY The digital world is an amazing place especially in the realm of photography, We take old damaged faded photographs and bring them back to life for you and future generations to enjoy. Photographs are memories that deserve to be preserved. Take a look at the examples and you'll see the remarkable things that can be done to make your old photos as good as, or even better then you remembered. UNDERSTANDING DIGITAL PHOTOS For many years we all used film cameras which we all understood easily enough. Click the shutter, wind the film and when it got to the end we took it to the local drug store. A few days later we had our prints and negatives in hand and if we wanted an enlargement we just ordered them. Then came digital and the questions turned to megapixels, compact flash cards, pixels, resolution, scanners, ink jet printers, etc.. I’ll try to explain some of the more confusing issues.
