The new “skeleton” of the organization is linked together much stronger. Since before engineering and manufacturing had difficulties moving products from one division to the other, the unification of the two divisions will allow for greater integration.
The most common methods used for performing job analysis include observation, individual interview, group interview, structured survey, and technical conference or diary methods. Moreover Onet is a tremendous tool to HR departments, as the results of the methods mentioned above are consolidated into one place with the overall national median taken into consideration. Workers within the function become much more knowledgeable about the function because they work amongst many different products performing the same task in each. Grouping according to product would allow the teams to become experts in the product that they are working on, allowing them to make smarter decisions based on the context of the specific product. In this situation however, I feel that grouping according to function would be smarter for production. The matrix organization around countries and products seems to be the smartest move for the company. Organizing the company’s organization around the products limits the contextual ability for

In modern CNC system, the end-to-end component is designed using computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM). Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) is the use of computer technology in the planning, management, control and operations of a manufacturing production facility through either direct or indirect computer interface with physical and human resources of the company.
