This strikes me as very important to the over all theme of a page and a web site in general. I like to say and have said before I like for a web site to flow smoothly. Using this concept of Logical order of page components I believe you can come up with an easy flowing website simply by mapping out your content accordingly. You should imagine how you would like your page to look, get a mental picture of it and then try to formulate that in a web design that best describes your vision in the most sensible way you can.
