As educators our job is to give our students the tools they need for life, and I think that this book would really help them see the good in other people. I say this because even though Chris’s actions were strange, he was a kind and generous person. This book is perfect for high school students and I think depriving our students from this book is hindering their learning ability. Chris’s story helps students look beyond people's appearance and their actions and makes you look at their intentions. In a high school student I think that, that quality is very important and hard to find.
This being my senior year is a very important learning experience for me, and by letting me control my own circumstances and out comes at New Hampton I will probably learn and grow more than ever before. I also admire the school's emphasis on using community service as a way to shape an individual's character. I live under the belief that in order to be a well-rounded and accomplished person, one must give back to others, and understand that charity and compassion is one of man's greatest gifts. As for my goals while attending New Hampton School, well, they're quite simple. My goal is to have fun while being responsible and independent.

First off, I plan on going in to Highschool with good grades. I think that it would give the teachers a good feel about me from the start instead of one of those kids that sit around and do nothing. Second, I think that going in there or staring off wanting to be in better classes would help. I think that it just motivates you to do better and not be just average. Lastly, friends are a good thing to have by your side.
So I think since I have not had a job since so I took this time to further my education. I have always wanted to further my education so I took this time to do it. Before I even decided to return I was uncertain that a online course would be good for me because I had returned once before and I did not make it. It was so hard back then. But I am very glad that I became and chose to be an Ashford University student.
Since I entered high school, college has always been on my mind. In high school I applied for at least three schools, but never attended. Unfortunately my plans didn’t go as I wanted them to. Once I finished high school, my grandmother needed help with her bills, so I got a job and worked full time. The education I will receive by returning to school will make a huge difference in my life.
To me Swag means to influence the best students to be the best of the best so that is what I think Swag means to me and why I think I should be in it. The reasons why I think I should be in swag.
