The study had the participants answer research questions to see their reactions to a blended learning atmosphere and what effects the blended learning environment had on their L2 writing skills. The research showed that the students found the model sufficient, valuable, flexible, inspiring, satisfying, pleasing, and useful. It was received in a positive manner. The blended learning model allowed opportunities for more student interaction with their classmates and teacher which helped the participants gain higher test scores throughout the course. The article is an academic journal that is supported by facts and has been peer reviewed.

Teachers need direction in order to meet academic proficiencies and to keep student’s interest (Laureate Education, Inc., 2010). After exploring several learning theories and strategies, my own teaching practices are most often modeled by several strategies and learning theories. The Constructivism Theory resonates in some of the techniques I am using in the classroom. Reflecting on student activities and the design my lessons ; I find students are most often engaged in learning activities that are student driven and lead to students constructing their own conclusions. Student often work at stations and learn through team building and planned movement.
Problem Prevention Plan: Six Grade Classroom Yvonne McCullum Liberty University My main goals for my six graders the first weeks of class will be to organize my classroom in a group/team setting environment. I will introduce myself and other students, review the class expectations for behavior, class procedures, syllabus, and a "get acquainted" game. Once this is done I will get to academics. I want my students to feel comfortable and love their new environment, a classroom that is fun and safe where learning can take place. My students will develop a community that respects each other in the classroom as well as out of the classroom.
Everyone has different ambitions and goals and we don’t have to do it alone, that’s why the faculty here is more than welcome to help the students make the right decisions. First of all I believe that the Counseling Department is the most important tool Fullerton College has to offer to the students. This is free and we get professional help from people that actually want to help students with any problem. They make us feel safe and secure about our decisions. In high school I was in the future educators association. As well as the class that was involved in the group. We went to schools in our area and helped the teachers and helped us decide if teaching was right for us. This meant that we had to make lesson plans, keep peace and order in classroom, as assist students when help was needed. This was a very pleasant and unforgettable experience for me and my fellow classmates.
11 December 2014 Drowning in the Discourse Julie Wildhaber says that “A strong, well-defined voice is the bridge between you and your audience: It helps your readers understand who you are, and it helps you engage them” (Wildhaber). For students in college, their audience will always be their professor. Along with expecting a strong voice, professors expect students, even first year students, to master and employ the many other writing skills that make up academic discourse. Most students tend to prioritize the more technical conventions of writing over the development of a distinguished and personalized voice. The conventions of college writing are very complex and if professors are more helpful and patient with first year students as they learn academic discourse, students will be better prepared for all future academic endeavors and they will have a better opportunity to strengthen and develop their voice.
