All this would be important before actually entering the market. Since 3M has a relationship with Wal-Mart already it would be a great start to enter our new products. This success in the sports and leisure market might open doors outside of this market to use our Griptile technology. Opportunities were evident for joint ventures or company owned stores in certain markets. Lastly but not least, Ruth Chris challenge was selecting the appropriate development model in conjunction with the management team but required additional information criteria in order to guarantee the future success of the organization.
Describe how some places have used sport and leisure as a catalyst to ‘kick-start’ rebranding. Sport is and has been more recently acknowledged as an excellent way to provide the ‘catalyst’ to a regeneration scheme. It has been used in deprived areas to try spark some form of regeneration - most notably areas that have suffered from a decline in local industry. The idea of using sport and leisure as a catalyst is to showcase large scale international sporting events on a global level to make people more aware of the area and ‘brand’ it. This then triggers a sudden increase in private investment.

As shown above Vargas had a huge task to tackle. Under those circumstances, he worked towards pursuing his career hoping this would have a positive influence in his legalization status. It is evident that in America, many illegal immigrants may become valuable members of today's society as professional entrepreneurs, artists, writers and politicians, making great contributions to the countries success, though this make it difficult to evaluate the long term societal effects of illegal immigration. As Latin America modernized, so did the hobbies and sports that the people of Latin America enjoyed. Football is a sport that created social, cultural, political change that helped make Latin American nations more modern. In my research, which is expanded below, I’ve come to a factual realization that football’s place in Latin American society was more integrated into its way of life than realized. As the natural changes from the old to the new occurred, its place in the culture continued to go unrecognized, but only temporarily. On the track to modernization of Latin American countries, football was overlooked, but once other aspects of modernization began to occur, the importance of modernizing football became essential.

I think that using common sense you can choose what product is good and which is bad and if you should go one route or if you should go a different route. In business you have to use your head but when it comes to for example his product then you are choosing a product with harsh chemicals or a product with less harsh chemicals, better for the environment, and good for the people using it then it should be common sense however many companies because of cost will go with harsh product because it is cheaper but they aren’t using common sense. I agree that in many
Working abroad, they expand their knowledge and skills, which may be useful for their country in case they come back.
