Us humans are the smartest living beings on this planet but that does not mean we go around stealing the rights of animals for our selfish purposes. We use Vivi-section for scientific purposes, to find cures to deadly diseases but Vivi-section results aren’t accurate since humans and animals aren’t the same. Vivi-section violates animal freedom.

Drugs that pass in animal test are not successful in human clinical tests. Animals as their matter are not germane to human health. Several can cause human diseases that can damage us instead of helping us.
They believe that animals should be granted the right against suffering at the hands of humans. I believe that it is wrong to think that animals have any rights. To protect animals from suffering by humans should be a matter of animal welfare, not right. Regardless of how humane, animal rights proponents reject all animal use as exploitation and aim to ban all use of animals by humans.

I understand medication being tested on animals but the cosmetic industry should not test on animals because its animal cruelty, the testing is not accurate, and there are other ways to test products. First reason they should not test on animals is because it’s animal cruelty. In America animal abuse is illegal. Testing on animals is abuse! Everyday millions of animals are locked in small cages giving them only enough room to turn around, and they have makeup put on them, and thousands die from it everyday.
However, the activist believes survival is not enough. On PETA’s website, they make a firm stance by stating that “animals are not ours to eat, wear, experiment on, use for entertainment, or abuse in any other way” (1). Subsequently, what are animals to humans then? What function do they serve to humans other than the right to live without suffering? In this analysis the activist approach to animal rights is too extreme.
We shouldn’t cause damage to creature’s homes just because it is on our land. Shouldn’t put out harmful things like plastic rings that get tangled up in birds feet and wings. Put chemicals in the water which kills everything that lives or drinks that water source. We all need to be careful when we are putting stuff outside. I would do trade-offs for endangered animal.
