The group Pitch. Rachael: I’m Rachael im the Managing Director. Call: I’m Callum, im the Finacial director. Ry: I’m ryan and im the Sales director. Court: I’m Courtney Kar: and im karina, and we are the marketing team. Chels: I’m Chelsea Dyl:Im Dylan Darc: Im darcy and we are the event managers. Court: Our business idea is a service called Spirit of Sport. We plan to use Western Avenue field to have a mini Olympics 2 weeks before the actual Olympics. We will split the field up into four sections which will be ancient Olympics, new Olympics, Youth Olympics and Paralympics. We decided to use these for sections as this will be including the whole community and we are showing how the Olympics has changed. They can have stands around the field for food and drink and merchendise. Our financial director Callum worked out how much things would cost, The entry fee is £3, we have no v.i.p area’s or restricted area’s every can go anywhere but may have to pay another £3 to enter a different section. To rent our Western avenue field for 3 days it would cost us £450,Security would be £1500 for 20 people, Radio advertisement 2 weeks before would be £1000, we have a copy of our finances if you want to take a look. Our estimated final price would be £5,470 but may rise or decrease. We will use the sponsers and bank loans to pay for this service. Ry: Our Marketing director Karina came up with the logo. The logo represents the community coming together which is also our slogan ‘Together as one’ We have made posters and leaflets and the logo which are here *darcy holds up the poster* *dyl holds leaflet and logo*! The posters and leaflets will be put around Port Talbot in places like the local corner shops, or the town center where people will see them for more
