We live in a world that revolves around trying to overcome, or strengthen, our weaknesses. Rath sets out to turn the tables on this concept a bit and helps to retrain the human brain to focus on the strengths and the things people are naturally really good at doing already. They are already good at it! Lastly, and most importantly, it is completely personalized to each reader. People love personalized things, especially when it comes to talking about things they are good
