Because of her many talents and skills, she has often been labeled a Renaissance woman. It is for this reason, she has receives so much recognition. Her story is one filled with many trials and tribulations. As soon as she was born, her parents divorced. This paved the way for a damaging childhood and adolescent life and having to overcome struggle and hardship.
Each event and decision that these five wonderful gifts have brought me, have created me. I have learned to strive under pressure and am able to tackle any challenge or obstacle with a proactive attitude. In doing so I am able to be the best version of myself, the person who accomplishes greatness in every single endeavor. Having the privilege of being born the oldest has its advantages, yet it also comes with its many disadvantages. Throughout my entire life my parents have pushed me to my extreme in every task that I embark on.
Introduction Eleanor Roosevelt is considered to be one of the most influential women of all time. Not only did she achieve an incredible amount on behalf of the United States throughout her life, but more importantly, she shattered the boundaries that defined the typical gender roles of her era. “She continues to haunt our memories and inspire our days, because she never gave up on life; she never stopped learning or changing. She worked to transform our world on behalf of greater dignity and more security for all people, for women and men in equal measure” (Cook 3). Born into a white, aristocratic family in New York City, Roosevelt began her life standing on the perfect foundation off of which she could propel into future success.

Suzanne has worked so much to become what she is today, and by opening up and sharing her incredible story with us, she has inspired me, and now makes me realise that all that pressure and pain inside can be released, just by talking to someone. I feel great respect for Suzanne, she has gone through so many traumatic experiences in her life and to this very day she stands strong and doesn’t let anything or anyone get in her way. Helen then moves in with her stern grandmother Madea. Madea is a strong willed, opinionated woman that stands her own ground. Madea teaches Helen to be a strong woman. Any type of audience would suit this production. The problems that the characters in this production encounter are the same problems a lot of people face in everyday life.
No, women now have gone above and beyond. They are nothing less or nothing more than what a man is. Because of the women suffrage committee women are able to achieve many things such as having a job, they can take part in political events, and they can achieve their life-long dreams. To begin with, women have been able to experience the hard work and labor that a man complains of having to go through every-day. Many women have made a huge impact because of the jobs they have had.
In chapter seven of A History of Hope a woman who went by the name of Mother Jones prove to be a very powerful example of someone who thoroughly believed and lived by the above quote. My role model is someone close to my age who unlike most celebrities, wasn't afraid to admit that she is human and needed help. Not only did she seek out help, she openly shared her experiences and has encouraged many other girls facing the same problems she had to seek help themselves. With her hit single "Skyscraper" she details that yes, life pushed her down but she's rising again like a skyscraper.
