It was now my responsibility to show others how to become leaders. This will make me a better citizen of the United States because I will have the skills to become a leader in my community. My continuing preparation for good citizenship involves the ethical code of conduct: honor. This is something that is not taught in any other class in high school. I expect myself, and others, to be honest, to be cadets with integrity, and to exemplify ethical behavior.
Teaching strong moral values at a young age is important if a society is to succeed. Character Counts does target the youth of the present world but also can be a strong source of self-reliance for the adults and leaders of our world today. Every immigrant in united state needs a better education to be able to succeed in life. There are many factors, which makes a school or classroom better, especially for immigrant. According to the article School resource and the young Latino immigrant, a school with adequate supplies and which functions well always helps immigrant student to be academically competent. Every good student sees his classroom to be his home, when it has adequate supplies to enable him to have a good academic standard. Schools that have enough instructional supplies like test book and others always produce good student.
The program gives you challenges and opportunities to become a better citizen. The instructors are not like teachers, they put in an effort for you to actually try and build up. You do leadership tasks; you help younger teens, participate in things that other teens don't get to participate in. The class isn't boring, you’re always learning about new things, we do weekly current events, and uniform wear. Wearing uniform teaches us responsibility; we have to make sure that our uniform is in order, and has everything on correctly.
This commitment models the expectations for the staff and proves that I, as a principal, must strive to create a school culture that has a positive influence on life and learning in my school. The entire thought of developing successful learning communities in my school is a great challenge. I realize that I have much to learn and everything will not happen as quickly as needed. Change is never an easy process, but as I strive to build on the positive and eradiate the negative my focus will be to have a highly effective school with highly effective teachers. From drug use to stealing and even murdering, i think its still very important to have core beliefs. A core belief to me is a way of living that will never change no matter what the circumstance. One core belief that i have is to always try your hardest. I think this is the most important character you can have because it will push you through life and help you become a more reliable and better person.

There are many reasons which explains how this program has allowed a foundation that helps me to be a good citizen, and to be a youth leader in my community. Primarily, they teach me the morals and the ethical values that a citizen should have. The values and morals that they teach me, are: healthy, strength, and endurance, which sustain emotional health and conceptual abilities under prolonged stress. Also, they teach me to know myself and seek self-improvement, in order to know myself I must have to understand who I want to be, and do it with attributes, and be techically proficient. Individualism is something that is in all great leaders. They are able to set a goal and help their people understand what they want and won’t lose focus of the task at hand. Introspective was a key quality in both of these gentlemen they both look at them selves as a tool to help change their situation and planned to improve themselves first and then they would try to improve the people that was around them.
