The Rich and the Poor

Perfect. Who would you think of when you hear that word? The rich? If you had thought of that, I’d call you a misnomer and that what you just said is a very miscalculated sentence. How would you know that they are perfect? You don’t know them nor do you know what is going on in their lives. You can’t be perfect just because you’re rich. Wealth is not something you can get and just flaunt it out. It is something you have to earn by being hardworking. Wherever you go, there will always be a line between the poor and the rich. Everyone knows that they loathe each other but for what reasons? The poor thinks of the rich as a snobby person and the rich’s view on the poor is of their lack of money. But then again, does ALL the rich look down on them or is it only some? Everyone wants to be rich. There are countless television shows dedicated to awarding people with thousands, even millions of dollars. But the word "rich" means different things to people. One person's windfall could be another's "drop in the bucket." That being said, there are varying types of affluence. It isn't just that some people have more money than others. It's that they don't approach wealth in the same way. In this ever-changing world, there are two types of people, the rich and the poor. People think that’s all there is but when you look at it again, the rich can once again be classified into two group; the stereotypical snobby ones and the ones who thinks that wealth doesn’t matter. People have different views on the wealthy but every day I walk around and I can see pop stars or famous people giving out food and donating to charities. Does that not count? Recently, a band called One Direction had dedicated a single whose income would entirely be donated to a charity in for the UK and African people, raising a total of £93,968,29. Does that make them snobby? They’re rich and famous but we don’t
