I want to help anyone I possibly can, and most would use the word selfless. Almost all the time I am smiling about something. I am a very positive person and like to see the “good” in everyone and everything. I try to make everyone feel special, because they are. There’s more to that smile than just always being happy.

Then we even take that a step further by actually believing we fully realize what effect it would have on us and how we would react. The reality with this is, most of the time our beliefs are not even remotely close to what truly brings us genuine joy or despair. Even as there are differences between each person, as for their pursuit of happiness, there are also differences predominantly set by society. The American perspective on happiness tends to be connected to our search for individuality while the Asian perspective is more focused on the whole group.
