Summarize entitlement and provision for early year’s education. In 2006, it became entitlement that every 3 to 5 years old child will receive free education for up to 15 hours in a week of 38 months of year. Its government and the fund authorities’ responsibility to make sure about this early year education. Parents do not need to pay for this but if they (parents) want more hours for their children then they have to pay extra charges for that. Early year provision means to work with very young children, support and teach young children by playing with them instead of force them formally because young children cannot understand to teach them by formal education.
They need to learn how to communicate with children their own ages. Most children don't understand how they feel, and how to state their feelings to deliver their communication. It's very important for them to learn how to communicate effectively around other children. Miller 3 Thirdly, all children need peer contact. Peer relationships provide children opportunities to learn about themselves.

Single mothers and fathers have a hard time raising one child let alone two or three but yet they keep on having child after child. Society’s views on a few things need to change to be able to get the foster care system under control because if families could take care of the kids they had then there would be no problems. I understand there are special circumstances but the number of children in the system is outrageous. I feel like what has led my client to be put into the foster care system is his or her own parents neglect. This could be neglect of just the child or neglect of substances or responsibilities whatever it is they didn’t step up to the plate like they should have when they had they kid and therefore the government did and

I ignore what people think about me; just like Chris ignores what his parents think about him. Also, like Chris’s parents, my parents are always expecting better from me, which I admit, is kind of annoying because I am always doing the best I can. They just expect better. Reading this book, I feel that every parent is like that, and just wants their kids to succeed in life, which is completely understandable. However, I feel that Chris took his “getting away” out of control.

Homelessness There are many reasons why a person can become homeless. In 2008 the survey on homelessness in the United States stated that 664,414 people lived in shelters, in transitional housing, and on the street on a single night in January. Also about 1.6 million people were homeless throughout the year of 2008. The government also suggests that at least 3 million people are homeless for at least one night a year. The majority of the people who are homeless admit to not working, but about 20% of homeless people have at least a part time job.
They have a better way of dealing with certain situations. Their parents have taught them this. If a teenager is in care, this can be different because they haven’t been taught to deal with their emotions very well; there has been no one there to help them get through so they still act younger than they are. Emotionally, nature tells us that almost every teenager will have a rise in sexual hormones causing emotions to rocket and this cannot be help or affected by anything that may have happened to them. Socially, their friends are different.
