The United States is already drowning in debt, meanwhile we spend millions of dollars on immigration prevention. Immigrants could be the answer to increasing our yearly revenue, by collecting taxes every year, it would raise millions of dollars. As a country we are so focused on trying to prevent illegal immigrants that we are being blinded by the fact that we are living amongst them in our everyday lives. No matter how much money we spend, or how much security we build on our borders, this country was built on immigrants; they aren't going anywhere so we mine as well get used to them.
