We live in an age where teenagers, like myself, depends mostly on their parents. An age where things are done for us. An age where we feel like education is not important. Let me ask you this, Is it not the educated people from the generation above ours that made everything as we see now? Is it not them that made our lives easier? And is it not our responsibility now to make the lives of the next generation better? Education is the thing that can’t be taken away from you. It is your knowledge that will help you when you are living by your own two feet. Education is what makes people not what, but who they are. Many people think that there is not point to education. They think it is just a waste of time, but education is what gets you somewhere in life. Have you ever wondered why people who were not educated, live a less happier life than the educated ones? This is because education is the key to success. I’m sure you know that education makes you qualified for a job, and having a job determines how you live. Having a job not only give you money, but also allows you to build your own family. With a job, you’d be able to give your family a better life. And did I mention that it also helps your country especially during these hard times? Imagine if everyone in this country had a job. Life would become easier and better. For many people, education is not just a means of getting money. Education can also be used to help out other people. If you look back many years from now, when people were not educated, we see that they have a poor standard of living and that they have a very low life expectancy. This is because of diseases that they had no knowledge about. If you compare our lives now with their lives, we can see how education helped us to live a better, healthier and safer life.
