Geography Global location: Mexico is located south of North America. And north of South America. Those are the only bordering country's. With the Atlantic ocean on the left. And the Pacific on the right. Mexico is connected to South America. Landforms: The Sierra Madre Occidental is a mountain range in western Mexico extending 1,500 km from southeast Arizona to eastern Sonora, western Chihuahua. The Pico De Orizaba is a stratovolcano, the highest mountain in Mexico and the third highest in North America . In the Jungles there are thick trees like the Cedar, Cacao, and the Chicozapote. In the mixed forests, you can find Oak, Ash, and Willow. Elevation The lowest point in Mexico is Laguna Salda -10 M. With the highest point volcan pico de orizaba,5,700 M.The area of Mexico is 758,249 square miles. There is three major natural resources,cement,glass and steel. There is a lot of people. About 103,263,388 people living in Mexico. And out of those people 80% is urban and 20% is royal.
