The reasoning behind the creation of Teaching Tiny Tots is to find our preferred demographic and build within their territory so that it is ideal for all parties involved. We want to entice and provide our consumers with the best possible alternative to them or a loved one. This of course involves providing the proper nurturing that each child needs. There is an immense amount of time and thought that must be taken into consideration when attempting something of this magnitude. Finding out all there is to know about this industry and the location that we are planning on opening in is crucial. This is why I, as well as my employees will follow and take heed to all legalities and technicalities involved in making this venture a success. Any mentoring courses or enrichment programs will be implemented for all employees to ensure that everyone is on the same page. My business plan must be a strong, logical and attainable one, but it also does not have to be set in stone. In a way it is sort of in a way, a guide to keep me focused on accomplishing my ultimate goal. This facility would be a great addition to a community because it will properly prepare children early on for certain predicaments they may encounter before attending an actual elementary school, while reiterating skills that they already have. With the analysis of the day care center industry, I found that most just do the bare minimum or what is required and do not really go above and beyond with each individual child. We do not want to be known as just another daycare. The extensive research I performed was extremely helpful, especially when I did my analysis.
