Minor characters Christopher Unwin Christopher Unwin was the only surviving son of a wealthy mining family. Christopher is a character who became a victim of Josiah Bont’s Greed as Josiah attempted to pre-bury him in order to steal Christopher’s valuable belongings. But unfortunately for Josiah he was too lazy and greedy to make sure that Christopher was actually fully covered in his grave, so he awoke from his grave and went preaching to the townspeople accusing Josiah of being a “spawn of Satan” for what he had done. Because of Christopher waking and warning everyone about how desperate Josiah had gotten for valuables the townspeople had nailed Josiah on top of a mountain and left him there. He dropped out of school in the 8th grade to work picking cotton for a dollar a day at in any farm that would hire him to help out his parents.
By Sonia Wu The heroic Clyde ‘Sweet Feet’ Livingston’s generous gift to the homeless was STOLEN today!!! The riches of New York were to pay to eat food from the shelter and Clyde Livingston’s very own sneakers were going to be auctioned off, all the money was to go to the homeless shelter. Fifteen year old Stanley Yelnats a selfish Overweight troublemaker obviously didn’t care about ‘sweet feet’s generosity because today he was caught red handed running (or trying to run with all that fat weighing him down) away from the shelter with the sneakers in hand. Lucky we have such a great Police force to catch him in the act and bring back the sneakers to the shelter. We have full evidence that he stole the shoes because he has posters of Clyde all over his bedroom wall which shows that he is a fan and that he probably wanted the shoes.
However, this is somewhat odd because Leper is a very peaceful naturalist. Months after his enrollment, Gene receives a telegram saying that Leper has escaped from the military. Worrying about Leper, Gene decides to visit him where he realized that Leper has gone insane and also accusing Gene of purposely pushing Finny off the branch. When Gene returns back to Devon, Brinker does not let go of the accusation and decides to have a “trial” for the event with other boys of the school. Realizing what is going on and outraged, Finny decides to leave in tears and when reaches the marble stairs, falls down them breaking his leg again.
