Music seems to also cheer me up. Listening to my favorite songs is an easy way to brighten up my day. In a tough situation, I would listen to music because it’s the most convenient way to relieve stress. I like the tennis strategy more, but it’s not always the best thing to get up and go outside. Listening to music can be done in any situation.
The most helpful thing to do when I’m stressed is to go for a jog with my dog, or even by myself and all the stress is relieved with every step I take. Lastly is music. Music is a very helpful and easy way to manage your stress. Just put on your favorite tunes and let them take your mind off of things. For me, if I’m stressing and I can’t go for a jog or do some yoga, I’ll just put some happy music on and then I seem to forget about what was stressing me out in the first place.
I know that if I do change my thinking, I can actually have a better life, start my day without sadness or depression. For instance, depression makes people to sit at one place and think about stuffs all day, however it is not going to make it better. They must go out and do something. After watching the video, I really want to change my way of thinking. Yet, it always easy to say but hard to do it.
I was able to hold back most of the negative emotions brought on by having to describe the trauma of the accident, and it enabled me to create an essay unlike anything I have ever written. I do not have any misconceptions about writing I'm just very out of practice and I'm sure with time it will become a lot easier and feel more natural. I need to focus on staying on topic, grammar and punctuation. I tend to go off topic once I get another idea something similar but not part of the idea I was going for in my paper. I work in a place where I see new faces every day, it’s always nice to interact with them and learn a little bit about them in just a matter of a few seconds. I just love being around people and I love to make them smile.
