Should cheating be a part of a student’s life? Final exams have just ended. Most students complain about the difficulties of these tests. Some said that exams were easy. But some had a hard time answering the questions. But no matter how hard or easy the exam is, students cannot get rid of cheating and copying others’ answers. It's tempting to cheat because it makes difficult things seem easy, isn’t it? Like getting all the right answers on the test. Also, students are attempted to cheat because of parents’ pressure. You fear that your parents will sue you of having low scores in tests. Thus, pushing you to do everything just to get high scores and not to be scolded by parents. However, cheating is always cheating. It’s hard to resist when it will be a chance of your success. But it has also bad effects that can destroy your future. You will crack under pressure for the rest of your lives. After high school, there will be pressure to succeed in college because you used to depend on others. Also, when you get caught cheating, the teacher may give you a "zero" score on the test, send you to the guidance office, and contact your parents. Worse than the bad grade may be the feeling of having disappointed other people, like parents and teachers. Your parents and teachers may not trust you anymore. And you, yourself, will not gain confidence and will not also trust yourself. There are plenty of reasons why a student shouldn't cheat, but most of us have already cheated. If these include you, it's never too late to stop cheating. Cheating can become a habit, but like other bad habits, a student can always decide to make better choices. Choosing to play fair and be honest again can help you feel relieved and proud. There's an old saying that cheaters never win and winners never cheat.
