For dinner, I mainly consume fish, maybe salmon but never fried, mixed vegetables, and boiled eggs. Sometimes I may switch it up and eat plain white rice with my fish or fruits. My diet for the next sixty days is very strict. After my workout and diet plan is complete, I will be more open to different foods but it will be moderated from now on. I want to only consume 2,000 calories a day or less because in order to gain a pound, it takes 3,500 calories, also this is the recommended amount for young women my age.
In order to raise my protein and lipid levels I would eat two chicken breasts with skin. The chicken breast would raise my protein levels and the chicken skin would raise my total fat. The protein that I am consuming in my diet is incomplete and is not complementary to the amino acids. It is important to have a complete complementary protein intake so that the body receives a proper level of the essential amino acids. Also, the limiting amino acids are kept in balance, and match the rest of the amino acids
One pound of beef is barely 2 grams on creatine. The best way to get a lot of creatine in your body is just taking the power and drinking a lot of water so that the powder just does not sit in your liver and cause liver damage. Usually you take creatine daily even if you are not going to work out, and when you do you are suppose to take it pre and post work out, but when I took it I just pre work out because you have to work your way up in scoops, so your body will get use to taking in some much creatine daily instead of just jumping into it with like 5 scoops which is 25 grams of creatine and that is way to much creatine for your body to take in, you usually want to start off with one scoop pre and then work your way up to about 2-3

“Diabetes can be tackled in different ways- by insulin and diet” (Rudy, 1999, page 19) Diet, when someone had diabetes it is best for their health to cut right down on the unhealthy foods, and stick to the health foods, this is due to the effectiveness of the medication you are on. If you eat junk food and do not eat healthy then your medication will not be as effective as it could be. Sticking to regular mealtimes is also another thing that could help you feel better as it will keep your “blood glucose levels under control”. (Rudy, 1999, page 20) There are 2 types of carbohydrates, 1 that is good for controlling diabetes and 1 that is really bad, these are starchy and sugary. Sugary- this is the 1 that people with diabetes should stay clear of, this is due to the “glucose getting into your bloodstream fast, this could cause a sudden rise in blood glucose levels”.
Eating about two servings of fish per week provides healthy amounts omega-3 fatty acids that can help to lower cardiovascular disease. Although they have such great health benefits to us, we are putting many of the popular fish species we enjoy, such as salmon, tilapia and haddock, at risk for endangerment and environmental malpractice. There are many differences between farm raised and wild caught, but they both can be done in responsible manors that won’t harm the environment in an adverse way. It can be hard at times for suppliers to follow through with proper fishing technics especially when regulation is almost non-existent. Much of the shamming of improper fishing techniques is held against farm raised fish and the conditions in which they are raised.
His body needs calcium and phosphorus for growth and development. Taking the governments eight point plan into consideration, three solid meals a day plus beverage, snacks and five a day fruits or close to five, were included in his diet plan. One struggle in my life was tearing then re-tearing my ACL. I tore my ACL the first time playing football, my own player hit my knee during a game and it took me out. After I went to a specialist he told me I sprained my MCL, which was not all I did, so I played in one of my soccer games seven weeks later where my knee gave out on me. My mother and I went back to the specialist and he told me I had a torn ACL, we did not see him again. After a week of looking for a new doctor we found one.
