Provide a brief explanation with each example. Refer to Ch. 1 in Health for explanations of these dimensions. Physical health: I want to be a police office for which I have to be physically healthy. I workout to keep myself physically fit and prepare myself for police academy. Social health: since I work at grocery store, I have to interact with most of the customers. My job is to provide service when customers are making purchase and help those who are seeking help in the store. Intellectual health: Although I move with a flow but I still have to critically think when it comes to managing school, work, and house work. I often shop for my dad’s restaurant and I have to think about how I can help him buy better products and limit the expenses. Environmental health: I mow the lawn and plant some vegetable around the house to keep my parents happy. Planting is also my hobby but due to time limit I do not focus a lot on planting. Emotional health: I get angry a lot but I always try to keep it to myself. If I express my anger with someone, I can most likely realize my mistake. Spiritual health: Although I have goals set for my life, but somehow I feel that I am little behind in spiritual health. In some way I ignore the values of my religion and importance of god and pray.
