Introduction Singapore is a small country, with the total area of 710 km2 and the population here is 5,183,700 (content 3,257,000 citizens). Singapore is known for its materialistic culture, most of people here are Chinese, Malay, Indian and many others from around the world. The office languages here are: English, Chinese, Malay or Indian. I am totally agree with the statement said that Singapore is a fine country but it is also a “fine” country and I will discuss about it further more about that statement in this essay. Singapore is a fine country Singapore is a fine country - a good place to live in. Not only me but most of everybody accept that idea. In 2010, Singapore was ranked #1 in Asia for offering the best quality of life in the Quality of Living survey by Merar Human Resource consulting. The weather in Singapore is quite good. Weather here is predictable. It is not too hot or not too cold. The weather in Singapore is ok; suitable for us to do any activities at all most any time we want. We can do picnic, go to the beach, go shopping or touristy places like Botanical Gardens, Sentosa Island or the Night Safari and there are a lot of more other funny things that you can able to enjoy here. This small country has been known for the rich culture that they have. That is why, when you come to Singapore you can able to see different culture in the world (from the Indian, Chinese culture to the modem Western culture) as well as taste many different type of food from all over the world from the East to the West, they are all very delicious.
