RLYT Task 2 Current and Emerging Tech Northeastern Health Services, Inc. For these reasons NHS has brought in an external advisor to recommend net technologies to implement in order to accomplish this goal. First, we would recommend NHS get the information on a central network in order to reduce the possibility of losing data if a server is lost. In order to do this we recommend NHS use a cloud service such as Tier3MD’s a direct cloud and hosting service. Tier3MD’s has redundant locations in Georgia and Tennessee and provides high availability, security and compliance for NHS practice. With cloud computing, practices can enjoy the benefits of not having to maintain and infrastructure in your office. NHS will have no need for file servers, email server, server, and storage systems. With the availability of medical records, email, and files from anywhere means hassle free collaboration amongst Physicians, office staff and business partners. Having 24/7 access to your data from anywhere is a major convenience for NHS business.
