President Bush addressed the entire nation after the events that took place on Tuesday, September 11, 2001. In his speech, he addressed not only Congress but also the many thousands of Americans that were horrified and grief-stricken. President Bush spoke of the many men and women who died due to "evil, despicable acts of terror" and appealed to us using pathos.
