Caula Rogers CWV101- Christian Worldview May 6, 2014 Mr. Glenn Miller Reflection of the movie Avatar The worldview that was represented in this movie is a conspiracy perspective with a bright image. These physiognomies are both good and bad in this movie. It is a very powerful visual experience that will impact you and leave with a strong feelings of curiosity. On the destructive side of this movie it will take you to the Biblical side as well. And I believe that this is the most powerful graphic clarification about an Animistic worldview that I have ever seen in my life. Yes, I think that the characters, was true to their worldview. Because this young wounded marine Jake Sully, was allocated to penetrate the apparently hostile native aliens (the Na’vi), to gain their confidence and Jake was to talk the Na’vi into moving the settlement, because their colony is in the massive top of Unabtanium. Therefore if Jake cannot convince the Na’vi to move then the humane will get the military to move them by forcing them out. Because the military wanted, the minerals off the Na’vi land. So Jake had to infiltrate the Na’vi, by transposes his awareness into this Avatar body which was overseen by Grace Augustine. When Jake was inside Pandora, he meet Neytiri, she was a Na’vi alien who saved Jake’s life and then she took him back to her tribe and introduce him to the Na’vi people. And finally, the Na’vi trusted Jake and they made him part of their tribe. Neytiri taught him their way of life and through this experience, Jake loyalty started to change he wanted to help the Na’vi keep their land. All over the world, whether they live in the deserts or raised in a jungle, or the far north, all people share the perception that they are resisting a single, multi- armed opponent: a culture whose fundamental assumptions, whose way of wits, and
