Are you satisfied with your life? Are you thinking that maybe I can live another life in a certain place or planet? Then watch Avatar. Avatar is a movie that was directed and written by James Cameron wherein there is a Paraplegic war veteran named Jake Sully who was promised of getting his legs back if he helps the government. That is why he was brought to another planet called Pandora in place of his brother. Pandora is inhabited by a primitive race called the Navi. The mission that was given to Jake Sully is to infiltrate the Navi people with the use of an “avatar” identity and learn their way of living and eventually drive them off their place so that the government can take over and mine for the precious material scattered throughout their rich…show more content…
Also I can also say that in early part of the movie it is all about the environment and about reacting to everything that is around you. Also the story of the film is predictable and it is already used by other films that why the original meaning of the film was lost. Watching the movie have a sorrow effect because of what jake sully had undergone and when he was with the Navi he had learned how important this people are not just to him but in the world that is why he nor the government has the right to drove them away from their land just to mine for materials. Also I like the part of the movie wherein they were chased by thanator. This scene was truly amazing because when he was running in the trees he showed amazing dexterity to dodge not only the thanator but also the trees. It was an amazing scene of showing how dangerous the wild is because even his gun doesn’t affect the creature. The scene ended in Jake jumping in the waterfall to avoid the thanator. Another is when the humans have taken their way to exterminate the Navis
