Should smokers be prevented from smoking in their own homes or in their cars when children or any other non-smoker is present? Why or why not? I cannot speak for others but I feel like smoking should be an outdoor thing. Keeping non-smokers from smoke exposure would be a good thing. Children when they are small do not know the difference between smoking or not and if they do they are not aware of the health risks and how really bad smoking and secondhand smoke can be.
