Through discussion among people who have different points of view, is it best for us to make a progress, as the speaker asserts? I strongly agree this statement for that contrasting opinions would give us a full consideration of problem and invigorate our mind when we deal with the problems we met in our everyday life, therefore we can evaluate the situation carefully and easily for us to make a progress. First of all, one reason why different points of view would give us a chance of make a progress is that contrasting views, though sometimes would cause negative influence on the problem we discussed, on balance, benefit us for a full and considerable method to deal with the problem we met in our daily life and at last would lead us success and progress. History is fraught with such examples, such as the invention of dynamo, the progress of humanity, the propelling of human liberty. Every progress is built in a common sense that results from two different points of view cooperated. Through these examples, we can conclude that without contrasting opinions discussion with each other, it is hard for us to make a progress and see the truth of life. Secondly, another reason why I support that opposite views would bring us progress is that logically the world is the result of opposite forces' cooperation, such as long and short, height and low, black and white. Maybe it is hard to convince you that from this empirical evidence we can simply draw a conclusion that progress is best made through discussion among people who have opposite views. But it do tell us something inner our cosmos. Consider, for example, the system of bipartisan which is very success in our field of politic make a great progress in our construction of democracy and in propelling the ideology of equal and liberal.
