Bissinger soon finds out that football for the Panthers wasn’t ordinary. Football was life for the players, and reasonably so, they had won the past five state championships in a row. In my mind Friday Nigh Lights focuses on three major keys. It shows the dreams of the players, they pressure the athletes had with the community and their family, and also the commitment from the school. In Friday Night Lights, Shows how football was everything, even to teachers, and everyone who was affiliated with the school.
First of all their age is identical. Adrian and Chris are both 24 years old. Both Adrian and Chris were introduced and played football from a young age. Both were successful athletes in high school. Chris Johnson placed second in the state in the Florida 4A track state championships showing off his blazing speed which he would later boast having the fasted 40 yard dash in the history of the NFL.
He had the dedication to make 1000 jumpers a day, and that is why he is arguably the best to ever play. Texas Rangers, Josh Hamilton is another example of an athlete with fantastic dedication. His whole life they told him he was too small, not quick, and fast enough. He had a goal to play in the MLB, and he fulfilled that goal with hard work and dedication. In 2008, he was the homerun champion; launching 28 balls out of the ball park.
I’ve always been well liked everyone at school idealized me. Football star of my time, everybody wanted to be me. My father was always a role model to me he was the perfect example of a salesman. My father always told me how well liked I was. He always thought I’d go far, but here I am unemployed going through dozens of jobs not sticking to any of them and back at home.
They never got frustrated with me. Their patience in that they had a lot of it, and they always went out of their way to give you that extra help. My discus coach helped me fine tune my catching so well that it took me to a couple of weeks. On the other hand, the football coaches were a completely different story. (They were a breed of their own, and were the epitome of the “jar head” football coaching staff).

When experiencing high school football, it is all about brotherhood and family throughout the whole entire team. This year playing football for Springfield is not the same as last year in high school because I’m not as close with the people on my college team.
Yet, I couldn’t understand why the opposing team were just as excited as I was. For a second I thought, man they sure have good sportsmanship. When I got home that night, my brother, asked me what I was moping around about.

During his high school days, he won all of the major track events, including the Ohio state championship three consecutive years. At the National Interscholastic meet in Chicago, during his senior year, he set a new high school world record by running the 100 yard dash in 9.4 seconds to tie the accepted world record, and he created a new high school world record in the 220 yard dash by running the distance in 20.7 seconds.
