As many businesses realize, competitive business ventures can attract consumers to their product. When companies fail to achieve good consumer and product management, their business may end. An example of this can include; poor customer relationship management, poor quality of products, company image deterioration, and shortages occurring from business or economic failures. This paper shows how product shortages and customer satisfaction affects a company’s image. It tests the level of shortages and customer satisfaction of the residence of the San Andreas County (N-100). We predict that the level of customer satisfaction will reduce with a lowered supply. This matches research results from (Goldstein, 2008; Sothearith and Sovannarith, 2013 and Tschohl, 2005). Business organizations have various factors that affect their profits. The researchers predicted that the higher the product level in the organization, the higher the customer is likely to have own piece of mind. For that reason, it is correct to approve that this research proves the hypothesis to hold truth beyond doubt. In this study, while some individuals were uncooperative, the majority of the population understood the importance of this study. However, the result was different for all age groups, showing that the older generally gave a lower satisfaction level of the three categories.
