Virtual Organization: Kudler Fine Foods FIN/370 Kudler Fine Foods is an exquisite food company who sells a huge selection of the freshest ingredients as well as any necessary equipment used to make a gourmet meal. Kudler has three locations, and they serve the metropolitan area of San Diego. Each location provides services that range from a European style Bakery to a large selection of wine. It is a business currently held privately. However, they are anticipating and wanting to grow and expand their operation, as their desire is to become wealthy far beyond what they can imagine or dream.
Marketing is the most important key to business success. Kudler Fine Foods should review the strategic plan viewing in on the budget and marketing surveys. Advertising increases that the Kudler Fine Food has what the market wants and needs and by the customers satisfaction survey it will gain knowledge to the company on what they need to continue
Mrs. Kudler recognizes the importance of word of mouth promotion, which re-enforces the idea of in store gatherings and cooking classes. Over time, the organization will increase profitability if these events are positive and properly promoted. This is best done when attempting to increase the customer’s value chain. Catering and the Local Growers Both the catering service and direct buying from local growers will potentially increase profit for Kudler Fine Foods. Making good use of real estate (using the in store kitchen for catering cooking) and improving efficiency/lowering cost (agile inventory system) gives the organization a competitive advantage in the gourmet food industry.

As one enters its premises, one gets the glimpse that it is actually a luxurious place. Outlets like Domino's, Jimmy Johns, Dunkin Donuts give Vista an exceptional look from others. One can actually feel the popularity of Vista just by looking at the number of residents living there. Ranging from buildings A-K, it is emerging as one of the largest apartments in the city of Tempe. Moreover Vista is coming up with the project of building luxury Villas and townhouses for its residents, which I am sure, will boom Vista's market value.
Kudler Fine Foods, its key stakeholders would include its employees, investors, owners, suppliers, customers and its local community. Some of these stakeholders internal and some are external but both play a very important role in the achieving the organizational goals. Kudler Fine Foods customers are mostly high-class and upper middle class customers. Kudlers customers are used to the finest quality of foods which Kudler provides. Kudlers customers seem to be very loyal and this ultimately causes the organization to succeed.
