Cole is my favorite rapper at the moment, he just has a different appeal to him compared to all the new rappers. What I particularly enjoy about the album is the rawness and openness of it. The combination of Cole's transparency and charisma will have you dancing in the club, sympathizing with the starving artist, and cheering for the dreamer by the time you reach the end of the disc. Through his own life story he also touches on important issues within our communities today such as abortion, single parent homes, and the responsibilities it takes to be a man. If you're a fan of J. Cole then the album is everything you'd expect, just with a more personal and retail demeanor.

Some people prefer this style of leadership because they like to manage their own work, at their own pace, as well as being able to make their own decisions. But on the other hand, others may prefer to have guidance throughout their project to make sure they’re on the right tacks. Laissez-faire leadership can be effective in situations where group members are highly skilled, motivated, and capable of working on their own.

My little brother who is 8 years younger than me was into playing every kind of gangster rap he could listen to and it drove me crazy. It is not to say that I did not like some of the artist like Tupac, Biggie Smalls, Dr Dre, Snoop Dog, Ice Tea, and Ice Cube just to name a few of the artist that’s music did not bother me the most even though sometimes that could be course with their words. Meeting them made me just love the whole band even more because they weren’t stuck up or rude even though they’re famous. Most famous bands would be rude or act as if they’re better than others, but these guys were so nice and would talk to everyone as if they were just any normal person. I got to spend some time with Vic Fuentes and he even had me take out my phone to take pictures of the both of us together. To this day, I am still obsessed with those pictures.
