My Legacy Essay

We are told all of our lives that we can accomplish anything if we work hard, try our best, and to reach for the stars. Later on in life, we need to figure out how we can do that. Once we grow up, we start to think about what we want to accomplish in life, and where we want to be. At the end of it all, I want to leave a legacy, and make a impact on others. One of the first thoughts that passes through my head, is what great legacy is to me, and how my dreams could effect not only my life, but my family and following generations. So not only do I want to live the “American Dream”, I want to leave my family in a good place, and leave a legacy. To me, a great legacy would be to have been a person who always worked there hardest to provide for his family, someone who always cared for others, and put them before himself. The most important part of the legacy that I would like to leave is to be a person that always worked, not for myself but for my family. I have high hopes in my life for what I would like to accomplish, and how successful I would like to be. Out of all the reason someone would want to be successful, the most important reason to me is to be able to provide for my Family and I. I have grown up in a household where my Dad has worked incredibly hard, and sacrifices so much of his time, and life to be able to provide things for us like a home, clothes, and being able to provide an education for us. It took me a long time to realize that all of the good things in life don't just come to you without hard work. And although I am sure that I don't even fully appreciate everything yet I will. My dad has been a role model for me for my entire life, and that is what I aspire to be. I want my family to know that I always worked hard to be able to give them everything that they could ever want. And I feel that this will cause a chain reaction, once my kids
