The animal rights movement has changed the way animals are viewed forever. There are several laws in place to prevent the misuse and or cruelty to animals. These ever changing laws require constant review to make sure that our business stays in compliance. We are a mobile business so we will have to stay up on current traffic and or parking rules and regulations. We will have to keep a careful watch of our employees, to make sure they all have the proper certifications and licenses. We will also have to monitor the equipment used to keep on accordance with sanitation policies. They have a built up client base. We will have to tread lightly in order to pursue these consumers. There are no other mobile dog grooming businesses in the area. The reason we stay ahead of the competition here is because we are bringing the product/service to the customer. While all of the other competition requires that the customers come to them. There are other actions that can be taken to assure we stay above the competition. Advertising would keep us afloat as well as carrying our product/service out to potential clients. Promotions are easy to input into the business, like giving customer discounts for repeat visits, cash back, and coupons when reached membership
