People tend to say they lie because the truth hurts but really it is what it is “The Truth”. I realize that by being honest and telling the truth it gives me peace of mind that I am doing the right thing. These strengths help me in my day-to-day life by allowing me to love and be loved, treat people the way I want to be treated, helping others, and being honest regardless of the outcome. Because both are satisfied in their positions, the need to increase their wages at this time is not necessary. Positive plans for motivational strategy should focus on maintaining their interest while allowing them the additional freedom to make decisions. Supporting both their growth and development within the organization may allow them to advance into a management position if they so desire. The motivational strategies for them should also be both intrinsic and extrinsic incentives such as supporting their growth and development within the organization and providing recognition where due.
