Executive summary An executive summary is a very useful tool in communicating your information to busy people. It is essentially a short summary (often no more than a page) of the report objectives, findings, and conclusions. As Store Manager for CA City Cafe i want to ensure the successful running of all kitchen areas, dining areas and customer service. I want to ensure the delivery of quality food service as required by the organisations food safety standards. I want you to provide and maintain superior customer service to all patrons of the cafe at all times. Serve customers as quickly as possible in a friendly and inviting manner, where customers MUST be greeted politely within 5 minutes of entry and their orders to be taken with 10 minutes. Provide helpful and efficient customer service to guests and be able to assist customers with questions and complaints. Collect all accepted payment types, provide change if needed, process refunds and exchanges if necessary and issue receipts for customers. Count money in cash drawers at beginning and end of shifts to ensure enough money to provide change and sufficient float amounts. Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the dining area to a high standard. Maintain a clear floor and clean floor to avoid injuries, fulfilling workplace health and safety requirements. Menus are developed, prepared and budgeted accurately and creatively to provide a quality dining experience.
