The problem has a long history. For centuries now, black males have been seen in a negative light in school, college, in the media, and in their families. Urban Prep Academy of Chicago, which is an all male inner-city school in Chicago, who for the past two years has sent 100% of its graduating seniors off to four-year colleges and universities, should serve as a model school for blacks in the inner-city (Unknown).
