Williams v. State , 110 So. 2d 654 (1959). Facts Williams was convicted and sentenced to death for the rape of a seventeen year old young woman. The victim testified that while driving a few minutes after leaving a store, Webb City, parking lot on the night of December 18, 1957 Williams stabbed her with an ice pick from the back seat of her car. He then drove her around town, sexually assaulted her twice, stopped the car and left.
During the attack, the police allowed her husband to wander around for 25 minutes and watched as he continued to attack her. When the ambulance arrived and took Tracy away, then they proceeded to arrest Charles. Tracy went to court against the police department of her home town, Torrington, Connecticut for failing to provide her with protection since she was married to her attacker. The court found that Tracey was discriminated against because the violence was a Domestic dispute. She was awarded 2.3 million dollars by the court.
At 12:30 am, Officers Tim and Melanie Singer, husband-and-wife members of the California Highway Patrol, noticed King's car speeding on the freeway. The officers pursued King, and the pursuit attained high speeds. Confrontation Officer Tim Singer ordered King and his two passengers to exit the vehicle and lie face down on the ground. They were playing at the 9-year-old’s home in Brooklyn during a Memorial Day barbeque, and when her mother stepped out of the house, the fight ensued. When the mother returned, the 9-year-old had stabbed Washington in the chest with a steak knife. She collapsed in the hallway and was pronounced dead at the hospital. Ted Bundy would rape strangle and beat young women and girls. Bundy would fake injury to get his victims inside his car and beat them to death sleeping with their dead corpses. There was no suspects because during his murders which occurred before dna profiling he had mastered the art of leaving minimal evidence behind. There was a number of pieces of evidence that led to Ted Bundys conviction. After police found Cheryl a victim of Bundy found badly beaten and raped they were able to obtain a blood type from the assailant, sperm samples and fingerprint smudges.
This episode is about a teenage stunt driver named Dex, who is beheaded during one of his stunts in which he climbs out of his sunroof to drive his car using his feet. After the accident, the police sirens are heard making everyone panic to get away. The “sideshow” event was sponsored and run by Dex’s girlfriend, who is sees the accident as good for business with her website, and is rather uncooperative when dealing with detectives. After running tire treads, it is found that Dex is run over by his own car by Luke Baylor, a rival of Dex’s that thought that Dex would have appreciate that he took his car so it did not get impounded. After running prints on all of the beer bottles from the event, it is discovered that they all have the same print on every bottle.
Mr. Wolf’s neighbor is Lucy Lane, who has recently divorced from James Lane, and got a restraining order on him that day because of previous emotional and physical abuse and threats to her and Rodney Hill, whom she has been dating for several months. Rodney Hill was found dead on Ms. Lane’s deck, and she found dead in her driveway; both victims received multiple stab wounds to their midsections. James Lane denied that he murdered Lucy Lane and Rodney Hill, but upon a warranted search of his home, police found blood stained clothes in his basement as well as a six inch lock blade knife in his dresser drawer. On Monday, December 28th, 1987 Simmons drove to Walmart in a car that had once belonged to his son, so that he could purchase a second gun. After he purchased the second gun he proceeded in killing his old coworkers, bosses, and acquaintances, or whom he referred to as “everyone who wanted to hurt me”, he then turned himself over to the Russellville police after they arrived. Simmons was then sent to the “Arkansas State Hospital” in Little Rock where he was given a competency evaluation by the staff psychiatrist Dr. Irving Kuo. Kuo stated that Simmons was sane and capable of standing trial.
In the case of Caylee Marie Anthony, Caylee was first reported missing to authorities on July 15, 2008 by Caylee’s grandmother. Caylee Anthony had been missing one month prior to her missing report. Her grandmother admitted to the police that she smelled the odor of a dead body in the truck on Cindy (mother) car. The grandmother later denied what she said and revised her account, stating that the smell was from old, stale pizza. Orange County sheriffs had been working on the case.
Their theory was that Simpson lost his left handed glove and cap during the murders and that’s when he must have gotten the cut. After the murders Simpson rushed back to his home to try to hide the clothing and knife that was used in the murders. The third is the scientific evidence this was the DNA testing of the found inside the bronco this showed that it was O.J. Simpsons, Nicole Simpsons and Ron Goldman.
