Use examples where possible. Answers a) The business today I chose to speak on for Leadership presentation is British High Commission (BHC), New Delhi, India. As I have spent more than 7 years of my work experience working in BHC, I would like to share my experiences with all of you all. British High Commission is a diplomatic mission of honorable United Kingdom based in New Delhi, India. It is a huge international governmental organization with many diplomatic staff recruited by UK government. BHC is divided into many sections for example: HR / Political Section / Consular department / Visa Section and so on. The leader I have chosen is Mr Sanjeev Rana, Head of operations, visa section, BHC, New Delhi. Visa Section is responsible for providing visa and an entry clearance services for those who want to travel to the UK. Sanjeev is a very good leader who is heading more than 40 staff.
