Carl Brewton Reflection paper How is Searching in a specific data base, such as Ashford library, different from searching in Bing, Google, or Yahoo? Well a big difference is that when you use anything from scholastic library you know it will be from a credible source. This can only be accessed by paid member s., meaning only students and faculty members. The Ashford Library is comprised of multiple data bases all containing credible information. Information on the internet was created to persuade or present points of view. While there is true and credible information that can be obtained through the previously listed search engine not everything is credible making a clear distinction between the two hard to see. These are just a few of the important differences separating specific databases and search engines. Is E-mail Dead for teenagers? If you ask me I would say yes. Most teenagers would now rather text or use a social media site to communicate. Technology is a magnificent invention that is still growing. So much so that e-mail may soon become obsolete. Today we have Facebook and MySpace with over 30 million with close to 75% teenagers using these sites. Look at the world today with the technology to check are e-mail or Facebook or other site, using are cell phone. Many of my family members well into their adulthood use Facebook and have minimal use of their e-mail. One place e-mail still strives in very well is the work environment but as far as free time use goes it is now outdone by Facebook. So yes I believe e-mail is dead for teenagers. Culture is major factor of many organizations. Given this what role does culture at Google play in its continual innovative solutions and entrepreneurial applications?
