IMPORTANCE OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT : 1. Human resources planning needs * Planning human resource requirements focus on the quantity and quality. Planning human resource requirements in terms of quantity is the process of getting the number of employees in the organization are adequate in accordance with organizational requirements. Planning human resource requirements in terms of quality encompasses the process of identifying expertise, skills, experience and educational background of existing workers belonging to staff who want to be taken by the organization 2. To supply workers for the organization * Supply workers with a sufficient number, have the right skills and the right time. This process includes planning, recruitment, selection, orientation and ongoing planning. It will increases employee’s job satisfaction . 3. Uses employee’s skills and knowledge efficiently * To help improve the qualifications and skills of workers by providing training programs and development, educational assistance, exchange and career management. It will increases the level of employee’s performance. 4. Helps to motivate employees * motivate employees to improve the effectiveness of incentive programs, performance evaluation, quality of work and organizational development. At the same time encourages employees to work as a team. 5. Increases the organization’s capacity to retain staffs and achieve its goals. * To ensure that employees remain competent and loyal to the organization through programs such as compensation and facilities, remuneration, promotion, relationship of employer and employee, and the employee assistance program. 6.
