This will establish the: Situation at work you are seeking to change, Task that incorporates the theory model learnt on the module, Action you have taken and Result you have achieved: My PDR was a mixture of Fishbone Diagrams and Belbin Team Roles. Situation I have just recently inherited a site called 40 Portman Square and although initially billed as all up and running with many happy bunnies, it soon became apparent after speaking at length with the new building manager that he was not happy with the situation at hand. Task To listen to the client’s specific concerns, then to investigate and see if these concerns are warranted and to what extent they existed. Then to address these concerns/findings to then see what steps I can take to secure an improved result. Action Initially to carry out a site survey and use these finding in context with the issues raised by the client and buy applying these using a fishbone diagram to first see where the problems are that are causing the issues and to then identify the actions required (hopefully staying within restraints) to rectify the problems identified.
