While in the work place I often experience many challenges, by taking a step back and evaluating the situation, my actions and experience I can make informed choices that can help me to perform in a caring productive way. When taking part in reflective practice you have to be open, honest, and non defensive, you have to think that by doing something different is not the same as doing something better. You need to ask yourself questions such as, how did I work? , Did I use my knowledge of the service user in the decision-making? , Were personal values involved?
He is a man that has achieved so much during his career but at the same time excels at every project he undertakes. Like every great leader, he was not afraid to reinvent the old and add a new dimension to a previous way of thinking. There is little doubt that he will also excel
But no matter what the numerous different heroes look like, they all seemingly possess the same attributes. Tremendous courage, bravery, faith, and kindness all ultimately make someone a hero. The epic poem of Beowulf uniformly offers no exception. Beowulf sufficiently possessed tremendous strength and bravery. Despite sometimes wanting the vast glory for himself, Beowulf displayed kindness and faith towards his kinsmen.
To the people he is an almighty force that can’t be stopped and he appears perfect in everyway. However he is not without fault as many may think as a matter a fact two of his biggest faults may be quite common. Even with all his strength and power he still could not escape the grasps of pride and greed. Clearly mentioned multiple times in the epic is how strong and unbeatable Beowulf is. Though this is true throughout the epic he does let it kind of go to his head in a sense.
Pride is found in every American, no matter what age, gender, race, color or creed. One must say their words proudly, and take pride in every written word, and the founding fathers did just that. Pride is not only the foundation of some of America’s most significant documents, but also the drive for America’s most influential figures. I know personally, I take great pride in everything I do. Anyone who has ever written a paper, sang a song, run a race or anything of the sort knows that when you are finally finished, your accomplishment feels so much more significant if you really gave your all.
